What I Learned From David Lynch's Movies?

Image
What David Lynch Movies Taught Me?  David Lynch Unlike other people who talk or write about films and shows, I'm not or never have been a movie buff per se. My attachment to films comes from the spectacle that a screen can be. I have very limited knowledge of films and the art and yet I dared innocently to take the chance and watch the whole filmography of David Lynch, the truest surrealist of our times.

Extraction Movie Review Extraction is an action film directed by Sam Hargrave and stars Chris Hemsworth and Randeep Hooda in the lead. Ovi Mahajan, son of the biggest drug lord of India is kidnapped by the biggest drug lord of Bangladesh. While the trend remains the same and people's love for these movies keeps growing I for one absolutely hate these movies. Now, don't jump to any conclusion. There are various reasons why these movies don't work for me. If they work for you it's absolutely fine. They work for my family too and I cannot change that. They are entertaining because the filmmakers take the absurdity to the next level. The ratings these films get...

Kisses and Cinema

Image
A look into the perverse Haven't watched it yet! Okay guys, today we will venture into a land which mostly remained uncharted. Yes, we are going to talk about kiss and stuff, of course not about our own personal intimacy or experiences but the cinematic representation of a highly important act of our lives. A few days ago, my Facebook acquaintance Mr. Pradeep Biradar shared a clip of a kissing scene from a Marathi web series, Samantar. He asked us to review this scene. Link to the post:   Click Here As you can see, this particular kissing scene is so hilarious and the comments on this post are even more hilarious. After having a good laugh, it got me thinking about kissing and sex scenes in cinema in general. Why some kisses on-screen feel good, interesting and much needed while some don't.
